Hayes, James & Associates, Inc. - Civil and Site Consulting Engineers

Hayes, James & Associates, Inc. is a professional services corporation providing civil engineering, land planning and surveying services since 1958.  With a strong commitment to service, Hayes, James & Associates has successfully completed thousands of projects for many diverse clients and are well qualified to provide solid waste management consulting services.  Their solid waste management projects are directed by Mr. James B. Aton, P.E., who has been active in solid waste management since 1978.  Mr. Aton has directed two major resource recovery feasibility studies under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Solid Waste Management program; has worked for fifteen months in the U.S. EPA Superfund Program for clean up of abandoned hazardous waste sites; has directed the design of eight MSW landfills; and has prepared solid waste management plans for counties and industries.  Mr. Aton is supported by a well-qualified staff experienced in engineering, CAD, surveying and reprographics.  This team experience covers all facets of solid waste management, including the preparation of solid waste management plans for multiple government clients.

Municipal Waste Software Solutions, LLC (“MWSS”) was formed to address the specialized computerized accounting and management reporting needs of the waste processing industry.  Management of the company includes two certified public accountants, each with over 20 years of accounting, management, and systems design experience, a software systems analyst with extensive software customization and design experience, and several professionals currently engaged in providing engineering and consulting services to the waste industry.  The combined strengths of the MWSS management team makes the company uniquely qualified to design and provide the computer and software tools required to manage a municipal solid waste processing facility.  ERG currently owns one-third interest in MWSS.
